Catering General Manager

Job Overview
Employment: Full Time

• Ensure all processes related to the entire catering operations are carried out in accordance to the standards
• Ensure all areas of the business are operating within the group standards and plan for improvement as when required
• Ensure catering teams are guided to be able to execute project deliverables
• Consolidate and analyze information reflecting the impact of catering operations on group results
• Analyze P&L information in comparison to the approved budget and identify the gaps to be able to plan for specific improvements


• 40 years old and above
• Bachelor’s degree or any relevant certificates
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, minimum 5 years of which should be from catering
• Fluency in verbal and written English & Arabic skills
